Does Chick-fil-A Marinate Their Chicken in Pickle Juice? (The Truth)

Is it the pickle juice that makes Chick-fil-A’s chicken so amazing?

Let’s find out

Does Chick-fil-A Marinate Their Chicken in Pickle Juice

Many lovers of Chick-fil-A’s chicken believe that their chicken is marinated in pickle juice, giving it such an amazing flavor and texture. But the company has not officially commented on this. Thus, we do not know for sure if Chick-fil-A’s chicken breast is marinated in pickle juice.

But there are lots of hints which point in that direction.

I’m one of those Chick-fil-A regulars who believe that the chicken breast in the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich is brined in pickle juice.

This theory makes sense to me because pickle juice contains salt. Salt is also known to act on the meat and break it down – so you get the more tender and juicy end result.

Salt helps carry moisture and flavor deep into the chicken in the same way it would help flavor a cucumber. Plus, I’ve noticed that the chicken at Chick-fil-A is always extra juicy – and I love that about their sandwiches!

What about trying to prepare pickle juice marinated chicken at home! Here is a quick guide on how you can marinate your chicken in pickle juice.
